All Good Things...

Good news! The polls are in, the scores have been tallied, and the outcome is as it should be. It is confirmed that, among my friends and fellow internet stalkers, there is not one person who believes August is the best month of the year. (It doesn't matter which month was voted best, really. All that's important is that it wasn't August.) I feel like all might be good in the world--or at least not very bad.

Another good-ish thing is that I have figured out how to add music to this blog. Please feel free to scroll to the bottom of this page and listen to any of the five lovely songs I've chosen for this week's playlist.

Lastly, I think I am finished blogging. This is probably the last you will hear from me. Thanks for the good times; I have really enjoyed my brief venture into the blogging world.

What?? You're done blogging? You said it so non-chalantly, like no big whoop. Are joining a monastery?

Camille, if you go, then I'm right behind you. You are the only consistent commenter on my blog and without you I would probably have very low self-esteem right now. Thanks for all that you've done, but I know how you feel. It's a lot of time and work on something that doesn't yield much of a return. We need to stick with those private blogs, a.k.a. journals, that allow you to write completely for yourself and not for an audience.

Notice how once you threaten to end your blog all of the sudden you receive more comments on this short little post than any of your other very poignant and eloquent posts? We all love to browse through new posts and pics, but for some reason find it difficult to give a creative comment about the work. Sad, sad, sad. Endangered bloggers like Camille will go extinct if we don't increase our awareness! Save the Bloggers!

Last tip, try commenting atleast once on each of your own posts. Atleast the number changes! Take it for what it's worth.

Oh Adam that was so thoughtful. Nearly touched me to tears. And now that I am writing this on my own blog, I have received 10 comments total!!! (One was a delete.) Thank you for the conservation efforts. You should join Greenpeace.

I think this is part of you and yhou are part of it. It seems like your are trading in so much of who you are that I hate to see this self-expressive pleasure go. What a pity of talent and deep felt sentiments. Keep on blogging--it's part of who you are.

I agree with Adam. Blogging is great but it expsoes you. Perhaphs you r inner most thoughts should be only shared in THE JOURNAL. However, there are some people who have deep and pignant things to write that simply MUST be shared. You are definitely one of those. DOn't quit the blog, just continue your privae and personal gut feeelings in the journal.
