camille...you are such the homemaker...I am really beginning to feel like a failure in that department because you are always trying to bake, and cook new things! anyways, I did however get the williams and sonoma homemade marsh mollows (or however you spell that), and they are amazing..it brings hot coco to a new level!
Winston Churchill said, "Never, never, never give up." Those five words seem appropriate for this situation. Never lower your expectations. Soar with the eagles! You CAN do it. We all love growing with you.
I LOVE that you are trying so many new things. That is so impressive. Kyle is a lucky guy! I know it sounds silly, but practice really does make perfect, or pretty close to it. Wish I was there to take some off your hands. They look yummy! By the way, I hope you read my post today and are envious of Kalebs snow shoveling skills! He is a monster with a shovel.
Camille, I would send you something to Canada anyday. And I think those are cupcakes amazing. Did you read cupcake lady's post on the white chocolate ones? When I saw the picture, I think yours looked a lot like your chocolate ones. even the experts have some funny looking cupcakes!
Camille- Your blogs are so wonderful that I forget that I am at work. I hope some day they become a book. The whole world would forget about that fantasy story of the boy with a lightning bolt on his forehead and realize how much more amazing a newly wed has to offer them!
But they are deeeelicious!
ReplyDeleteI told you to lower your expectations.
Never mind...we'll have them for dessert tonight with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge topping.
Love ya,
the mother-in-law

ReplyDeleteI don't bake well. It is way too precise for me.
ReplyDeleteCooking, though? A little of this? A little of that? I rock.

Millie,
ReplyDeleteToo funny. The cliche, "A picture says a thousand words" comes to mind when reading this. Love it. Thanks for bringing a smile to my face.
